I spent three decades turning complex, high-stakes operations into scalable systems -- from Iraq to the Army's largest command to a 23-site industrial enterprise. I build the operating model, align the teams, and deliver measurable results. That doesn't stop when the uniform comes off.
What I Build
I build operating centers from scratch and unify cross-functional teams under a single model. My work at AMC centralized a $5.4B industrial ecosystem across 23 sites -- aligning finance, HR, supply chain, and production under one coherent framework.
I don't just recommend technology -- I drive adoption. At FORSCOM, I reengineered critical enterprise workflows, cutting process cycle times by 75% and saving $30M annually through a landmark digital initiative signed into policy at the Chief of Staff level.
I am actively working with AI tools now -- not studying them from the sidelines. I have built a personal knowledge management system using Claude, developed and deployed an AI literacy course, and integrated agentic workflows into daily operations. This is how I work today.

I'm no stranger to hard work. I grew up on the family farm, competed in three sports, and joined the National Guard in May of 1996. I commissioned as an officer in August of 2000 -- and during my Officer Basic Course, September 11th happened.
I served on active duty for Operation Noble Eagle from 2003 to 2004, then deployed to Kuwait from 2005 to 2006 as the only logistician in an infantry battalion. That assignment taught me something that has shaped every role since: logistics has to be proactive. I didn't wait to be asked what was needed. I knew, and I moved.
I joined full-time active duty in April of 2007. When I retire on September 30, 2026, I will have more than 30 years of service and more than 24 years of active federal service -- from company level to battalion, brigade, Expeditionary Sustainment Command, U.S. Army Forces Command, and now Army Materiel Command.
What I carry into the next chapter is the same thing I carried through every assignment: a commitment to working smarter, translating strategy into execution, and building cross-functional teams that accomplish more than they thought possible.
